India is a diverse and wide country with IT and Telecom penetration in more than 1500 cities. Being present directly across all 1500+ cities is not viable commercially and hence there is a need for Partner Network. Through 65 owned service centres and network of 200+ service partners, Ensure is able to reach and deliver services, as per committed Service Level Agreements, to customers across the country.
We have a defined evaluation process to identify and appoint Service Partners ensuring uniformity in resources / infrastructure and standard operating procedures. Service Partners are bound by a relationship agreement, vendor specific service level agreements and code of conduct.
Service Partners conduct day to day operations through the Online CRM tool of Ensure which is monitored and supported by our central team.
To ensure quality of support, regular trainings are imparted to Partners support team by Ensure or by Vendors (as applicable). Structured audits are conducted to ensure compliance of agreed contractual norms and service deliverables.
