Through Managed Services tools, IT infrastructure are monitored, problems diagnosed and resolved automatically, without human intervention. When the problem cannot be resolved automatically, it is routed to an engineer at the Network Operations Center (NOC) for resolution. NOC Engineer resolves the problem remotely or recommends a field engineer visit, if the problem is related to hardware.
